i found the staff helpful and polite they readily assisted with directions and recommendations my room included a modern bathroom with a powerful shower and fresh towels daily i really appreciated the proximity to the metro station making travel very easy

the hotel was very clean, which i appreciate. the heating system worked very well and kept the room comfortable. the reception staff were helpful with directions. i also found having a safe and mini fridge very useful.
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noise from other rooms. this made it difficult to sleep soundly.

the location is very convenient, only three minutes walking to the metro. i found it easy to access naviglia area with only fifteen minutes walking. there is also a designer outlet shop right on the street, very handy.

the staff was attentive i found that a great location provided easy access to transportation. several free bottles of water were available in the room which i liked. the breakfast room was very nice it was a plus.
the shower cubicle felt too small even for me. it was about half a metre wide on both sides i felt squeezed. i could not turn comfortably to wash the space was so small.
